It is an identity check, not an endorsement of the employer or its jobs. Jobs from external job boards don't carry the checkmark because those companies post elsewhere.

We display them on our map alongside native listings so you get comprehensive coverage without hopping between sites. When you click Apply on an aggregated job, you'll be redirected to the original listing.
