Cashier/Sales Associate needed at the Willowbrook Mall, Houston, TX

Job Summary We are a fast growing company, and we will open a new store in Willowbrook Mall selling Press-on Nails, bag charms, crystals, key chains, squishies, and more. Our employees are receiving base salary plus commission, sensonal and annual bonus, and more. We are seeking three friendly and detail-oriented Cashier/Sales Associates to join our retail team located in the Willowbrook Mall. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing transactions accurately, and assisting customers with product information and recommendations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in English. This position offers an opportunity to develop sales skills, gain merchandising experience, contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers, and a potential promotion. Responsibilities • Operate POS systems efficiently to process sales transactions accurately and quickly • Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers, answering questions, and assisting with product inquiries • Handle cash handling procedures with accuracy and integrity • Upsell products and suggest additional items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales • Conduct product demos when applicable to showcase features and benefits of items • Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented • Assist with inventory management including stock replenishment and inventory counts • Support team members through supervising experience when needed, ensuring smooth store operations • Must be legally work in the US. Qualifications • Passionate about fashion accessories, especially press-on nails • Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred • Familier with nails styles is a plus • Proficiency with POS systems and basic retail math skills • Strong communication skills wirh English • Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a friendly demeanor • Experience with merchandising, stocking, and product demos is a plus • Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences • Basic math skills necessary for cash handling and retail transactions • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $8.00 per hour Language: • English (Required) Ability to Commute: • Houston, TX 77070 (Required) Work Location: In person
