Nursing Assistant-Patient Care Services

The employee fulfills basic quality-of-life needs for patients of any age, ethnicity or gender at the Philadelphia Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center and its outlying Community Based Outpatient Clinics. The work involves a variety of personal care, nursing care, or related procedures such as supporting diagnostic procedures, technical nursing treatments, patient charting and patient teaching.
