Key Responsibilities Develop and manage the administration of business applications, focusing on user management and security Lead AI initiatives, including rollouts and training, while ensuring data integrity and best practices Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and enhance internal applications to support organizational goals Required Qualifications Experience aligning technology adoption with long-term business goals and presenting business cases for new tools 5+ years of experience supporting AI platforms such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or Anthology Proven ability to troubleshoot and maintain application integrations with a focus on root cause analysis Experience working with diverse teams, including in-person, remote, and offshore Ability to lead enterprise AI initiatives, ensuring data quality and reliable outputs
