Mechanic – Concrete Cutting Equipment (with Driving Duties)

Overview We are seeking a skilled Mechanic experienced in repairing and maintaining concrete cutting equipment such as saws, core drills, and related tools. This position also includes occasional delivery of equipment to job sites, supporting our technicians in the field. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Responsibilities • Conduct routine maintenance on equipment such as small engines to prevent breakdowns and ensure efficient operation. • Diagnose mechanical issues using various tools and perform necessary repairs. • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems to identify faults and implement effective solutions. • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies while working on equipment. Qualifications • Proven experience as an Equipment Mechanic or similar role • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
