During active weeks, typical coverage is Monday through Friday, approximately 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with adjusted weekend hours as needed based on family requirements. The position is compensated at $27 per hour for all active childcare hours, plus a $150 per day overnight stipend for each overnight stay during “on” weeks. Total weekly earning potential is approximately $3,000 per active week, depending on hours worked. During the “on” week, the nanny will provide full-time live-in coverage, including daytime care, structured routines, and overnight presence as needed. Overnight hours are considered non-active rest periods, provided the nanny remains on-site and reasonably available if needed. A private bedroom is provided to ensure appropriate rest and comfort during these hours. During the “off” week, the nanny is fully relieved of all duties and is not on call. The rotational structure includes a second nanny who remains in residence during this time. The overnight stipend is built into the compensation structure to reflect the requirement to remain in residence during active weeks. Children: Two children, ages 12 and 10 Start Date: May 21, 2026 or June 1, 2026 Benefits: • Private bedroom and bathroom provided during on-duty weeks • Fully off-duty time during rotation breaks (no on-call expectations) • Meals included during working weeks • Mileage reimbursement for all work-related driving • Opportunity to transition into a long-term, more traditional schedule after initial placement period About the Family & Position: A private Dallas family is seeking a highly professional, trauma-informed nanny to support a structured and sensitive custody reunification process.
