Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist in San Jose, CA

Qualifications: • Valid Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility in California • SLP-CCC certification or Clinical Fellow (CFY) candidacy accepted • Experience or familiarity with school-based SLP services preferred • Strong background in pediatric speech and language therapy • Excellent communication and documentation abilities • Positive, collaborative approach with staff, students, and families Responsibilities: • Provide direct assessment and intervention to elementary school students • Develop, implement, and update IEPs in accordance with district guidelines • Participate actively in multi-disciplinary teams, meetings, and parent conferences • Maintain accurate documentation of services and student progress • Educate and support staff, teachers, and families on speech/language strategies • Adapt and tailor services to meet individualized student needs This contract role offers professional growth in a supportive and dynamic school environment, allowing you to collaborate with passionate educators and make a significant impact in students’ academic and social development.
