FOH Associate

Bake Shop is looking for a part-time FOH employee! This position does require excellent barista skills and full weekend availability, with openness to occasional coverage as needed. As a FOH employee, you will be responsible for:-Providing warm and welcoming customer service-Helping customers order through a Square POS -Crafting beautiful espresso-based drinks with our selection of house-made syrups and sauces-Maintaining espresso quality by dialing in consistently-Preparing items from our food menu, such as: sandwiches, salads, toasts, or specials-Serving and heating or dressing pastries with toppings as needed-Opening, closing, and maintaining organization in the shop through daily cleaning tasks and responsibilities-Light prep work of syrups and some ingredients for the lineAdditionally, we are looking for someone who might have a flexible schedule and could ideally be open to coverage when we have call outs! The frequency of shifts varies week by week through the summer; some weeks it's 1-2, and later in the summer we have a need for potentially up to 3-4 shifts during the busy season.We pay minimum wage + tips ($8-$12+/hr).
