The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills: What You Will Do: Aircraft records review representations of end customer during the aircraft delivery process in each case to ensure the aircraft and its documentation are delivered in satisfactory way Pre-FAL Works • Review of technical documentation and engineering drawings. • Review of the master FAL schedule for each individual aircraft, including milestone tracking and task sequencing, and transmit progress updates, schedule deviations to the client for risks assessment purposes • Coordination with the customer’s and manufacturer’s teams to ensure effective communication, alignment of technical objectives Assembly Supervision • On-site presence during structural assembly, systems integration, interiors and related activities. • Verification of compliance with applicable technical specifications, the supplemental specifications and regulatory standards (EASA, FAA, or others as applicable). • Management of non-conformance discrepancies raised during the assembly process and evaluation of the corrective actions proposed by the OEM. • Monitoring and follow-up of engineering changes and modifications and notifying the customer Testing and Trials • On-site presence during functional, system, and ground testing activities. • Evaluation of test results and verification of technical compliance. • Preparation of results reports, including detailed exposition of any failures or non-conformities • Provision of technical support in case of non-conformities or systems failures Delivery and Closure • Participation in the Customer Acceptance Inspection and Test Flights • Validation of the final aircraft condition and associated technical documentation. • Preparation of the final engineering report, including conclusions and lessons learned What You Will Bring: • 15+ years of experience with Aeronautical Engineering Degree • At least 10 years of experience as a Tech Rep • Spanish is a plus. • Knowledge in EASA • Familiarized with Boeing fleet Pay Range: $110,000 - $160,000 per year (Relocation Assistance Available) Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. Work Requirements: This role is considered an on-site position located in Seattle, WA. • You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours. • Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Travel Requirements: Due to the nature of the work, no travel is required.
