A warm and welcoming family is seeking a House Manager to help keep their household running smoothly and efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of responsibilities and takes pride in creating structure and organization in a busy home. The position focuses on supporting the day-to-day operations of the household so the family can focus on spending quality time together. The family also employs a nanny and housekeeper so a collaborative and team-oriented approach is essential.
Responsibilities include managing household organization, grocery shopping and inventory, researching and managing vendors, running errands, assisting with scheduling and appointments, managing vehicle maintenance, light tidying. preparing children's lunches and cooking for the family. Additional tasks may include supporting larger household projects such as moves or renovations. The role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate needs while adapting to a dynamic household.
Their ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and work independently while remaining flexible. Schedule: 12-20 hours per week; Exact schedule is flexible depending on the candidate's preference and availability.

Compensation: $42-45+ per hour, taxes withheld, guaranteed hours, 2 weeks paid vacation, paid sick days, paid holidays and a health stipend
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience as a House Manager or in a similar role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proactive and able to work independently
• Excellent communication and discretion
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Clean background check and strong references

Driving/Parking: Driver's license required and must be willing to use own car for work (mileage will be reimbursed for work-related driving).
