Full-Time Retail Associate Monday - Friday

Company Overview The Denver Mainliner Store is a small, operationally focused retail environment serving a specific customer base within the aviation community. This is not a typical airport or tourist retail setting and requires independence, consistency and reliable daily attendance. In a small team environment, absences have a direct operational impact. Consistent attendance is an essential function of this role. Role Overview This role supports daily retail operations, including receiving and processing merchandise, creating inventory transfers, registering transactions, keeping the store stocked, and maintaining a clean, orderly sales environment. Work is routine, structured, and performed independently, requiring confidence in following established procedures without close supervision. Requirements - Consistent, on-time attendance is required - Must be able to work scheduled shifts independently - Accurate cash/POS handling and routine retail tasks - Stable recent work history Applicants with frequent job changes or unexplained gaps will not be considered for this role. Location Information The position supports two store locations: Stapleton (Flight Training Center) and Denver International Airport (DIA). Assignment between locations is based on operational needs; employee flexibility between locations is required.
