Job Title: On-Call Commercial Cleaner (Flexible / Same-Day Jobs) Job Type: Independent Contractor (1099) Pay: $60–$150+ per day (based on job size, timing, and notice) Job Overview: We’re looking for reliable cleaners who want flexible, on-call work. Jobs may come up the same day, so you must be able to respond quickly and show up on time. This role is perfect if you want extra income and don’t mind last-minute opportunities. How It Works: - You’ll receive a text when a job is available - First person to confirm gets the job - We meet briefly to hand off the key - You complete the cleaning independently - Key is returned immediately after the job - You get paid the same day or within 24 hours Responsibilities: - General commercial cleaning (offices, restrooms, floors, trash, etc.) - Follow instructions and complete jobs without supervision - Maintain a high standard of cleanliness Requirements: - Must have reliable transportation - Must be able to respond quickly to texts/calls - Must be dependable and show up when you accept a job - Ability to work independently - Prior cleaning experience preferred Schedule: - On-call / as-needed - Some same-day or short-notice jobs Pay & Payment: - Paid per job - Payment sent via Venmo (same-day or next-day after job completion) - Pay varies based on job details, including size, location, and how much notice is given - Short-notice / same-day jobs may pay higher rates Important: - This is an independent contractor (1099) position - Contractors are responsible for their own taxes - Reliability and communication are extremely important Bonus: - Opportunity for consistent work for reliable cleaners - Potential to get assigned regular buildings over time Apply if you’re dependable, quick to respond, and ready to work when opportunities come up.
