HOUSING OFFICER T32

THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a HOUSING OFFICER T32, PDD0605000 and is part of the AZ JFHQ ARMY, National Guard. Major Duties: This position is located at the 215th Regiment, Regional Training Institute in Phoenix, Arizona. The incumbent is responsible for managing the housing at a major training area which includes such temporary quarters as barracks. BOQ's, BEQ's. and VIP housing as well as other troop buildings (e.g.. administrative buildings, and dining facilities).The work requires supervision of warehouse workers, clerks, laborers, custodians, and maids. A substantive portion of the subordinates are supervised through the use of a subordinate supervisor. THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION.
