Supervisory Interdisciplinary (Civil Engineer, Environmental Engineer, and Geologist)

In the absence of the Branch Chief, substitutes as the Chief, Geotechnical Branch. In cooperation with the Branch Chief, plans and administers assignments to staff. Supervises Section Chiefs, Technical Engineering Leads, and the Regional Technical Specialist. Assists in the preparation of employee performance plans and awards budget. Determines and implements procedures designed to achieve effective utilization of personnel. Develops the annual training plan and budget to execute the mission.
