Billing Clerk

Job Description - Overview Hobby Lobby is a privately held corporation that is looking for a qualified person to fill a Billing Clerk position. This is a full-time, hourly position, in the Lease Audit department, which is located in the Corporate Offices at SW 44th and Council in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. There is no relocation assistance with this position. Functions • Generate itemized billing invoices. • Track open/unpaid billings and communicate with customers regarding status of open/unpaid invoices. • Perform general bookkeeping work which may include updating Excel spreadsheets, maintaining records, invoices, and supporting documents of items billed. • Record payment of billings. • Work with other departments to process billings. • Work with other departments to resolve billing inquiries. • Update Floor, Window, Long Distance Reports (Monthly & Quarterly) • Annual Floor Bonus: Update & Process Pay-out Job Description - Requirements Skills • Strong analytical skills. • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook (intermediate level). • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Strong basic math skills. • Entry level accounting and general ledger experience. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Comfortable and efficient working in a fast paced, team environment. • Must meet deadlines. • Excellent attention to detail and follow-up.
