Project Manager, Client Implementation

A company is looking for a Project Manager, Client Implementation & Onboarding. Key Responsibilities: Lead client implementation projects end-to-end, managing timelines, scope, and communication Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation, building trust and managing requests Become an expert in the platform configuration and act as an internal resource for product capabilities Required Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in implementation, project management, or client services Proven track record of managing multiple complex implementations simultaneously Experience as the primary client point of contact during implementations Comfort with technology and interest in using AI tools for efficiency Strong organizational skills and a high standard for documentation accuracy
