Landscape Team Member - up to $21/hour starting

Soho Landscape is looking to hire new team members for: • Lawn/ Garden Maintenance (mowing, trimming, pruning, collecting debris) We are passionate about Florida horticulture and are looking for new team members to grow with the team and help us keep up with the constant demand for our services. Team Members on the Lawn / Garden Maintenance Team provide top-notch, white-glove service to our existing Soho clients who expect the best quality lawn and garden week in and week out. This position is 100% in the field. Work hours: Monday – Friday, 6:30am and finish between 3:00pm - 4:30pm Requirements: • Must have your own reliable transportation to and from work (South Tampa) • Comfortable working outside in the elements with a dedicated crew • Be authorized to work in the United States • Must pass drug test and background check Preferred: • Florida landscape experience • Clean Florida Drivers license preferred and comfort driving a pickup truck with enclosed trailer if needed • Bi-lingual English / Spanish • Knowledge of Florida plants Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Paid time off • Referral program • Retirement plan Language: • Spanish (Preferred) License/Certification: • FL Driver's License (Required) Work Location: In person
