Workers will be assigned to one or more of the following duties throughout the engagement:
• Set up and break down tents, tables, and chairs across a large outdoor site
• Transport and unload equipment and supplies from storage to work site
• Collect and dispose of trash and waste throughout the work area, directing all materials to designated disposal locations
• Monitor assigned areas of the grounds and maintain cleanliness throughout the day
• Assist with vendor area setup, including placement of materials and supplies per provided layout
• Place and remove barricades, signage, and operational markers as directed
• Load and unload supply vehicles during load-in and load-out operations
• Support overall grounds operations and respond to direction from the Site Supervisor
• Assist with sorting and cleaning out storage areas, discarding damaged or unusable items
• Return all equipment and materials to storage in neat, organized, and proper order at the conclusion of each day
What We’re Looking For
• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors for extended shifts, including lifting, bending, carrying, and standing for long periods
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow direction from supervisory staff
• Team-oriented with a professional attitude toward coworkers, staff, and the public
• Ability to work early morning start times and long shifts as required
• Prior experience in event labor, landscaping, moving, warehouse, or similar physical work is a plus but not required
Requirements
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be available for all scheduled work days — attendance on all assigned days is required
• Must adhere to all safety protocols and site rules
• Professional conduct is required at all times while on site
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: $125.00 per day
