Medical Instrument Technician (MRI)

About the Position: This position is located at General Leonard Wood Community Hospital in Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Major Duties: Receive and review requests from physicians and other health care providers for MRI examinations of patients.,Perform computer work and completes required forms associated with the patient exams.,Perform operator level maintenance and care of equipment.,Adhere to the standards of Quality Control as directed by MRI Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).,Confer with the Radiologist to establish the requirement for non-standard examinations. Education: FOREIGN EDUCATION: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university.
