Account Management Specialist

One day might involve helping coordinate a conference or updating marketing materials, while another could focus on client communication, scheduling, Salesforce tracking, or supporting candidate deployments. No two days look exactly the same, which is part of what makes the role exciting! ✨ Account Management & Client Support • Coordinate candidate deployments, scheduling, and onboarding documentation. • Communicate directly with clients to gather project information, feedback, and support ongoing needs. • Maintain account activity and business insights within Salesforce. • Research industry trends, conferences, and potential business opportunities. Marketing & Brand Engagement • Help manage internal and external communications, including email campaigns, social media or videos. • Support conferences through event coordination, lead tracking, and follow-up activities. • Assist with PowerPoint presentations and marketing materials. • Research new marketing ideas and help bring them to life with the team. What we are looking for • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Teams • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. • Willingness to travel occasionally for industry conferences and events.
