ABOUT THE ROLE Freight Solved LLC is hiring a detail-oriented Warehouse Receiving and Package Processor to join our Miami-based operations team. In this full-cycle role, you'll manage the complete warehouse workflow—from inbound receiving and quality control through packing and final shipment. You'll work on-site at our Miami warehouse, reporting directly to the Manager, handling a variety of freight and package operations that serve our diverse client base. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Receive, verify, and process inbound shipments and freight according to established protocols • Conduct quality control inspections and ensure accuracy of incoming goods • Organize and sort packages for distribution using WMS and barcode systems • Pack orders and prepare shipments for final delivery • Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation throughout the cycle • Work independently while supporting a collaborative warehouse team • Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards • WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • 1-2 years of warehouse, receiving, or fulfillment experience • Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred) • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Capability to lift and carry 30-50 lbs regularly • Reliability, punctuality, and professional work ethic • Comfortable with WMS, barcode scanners, and warehouse management tools • WHAT WE OFFER • Competitive Salary with performance bonuses • Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays • Advancement opportunities within our growing operations team • On-site, stable full-time position • HOW TO APPLY Interested candidates are encouraged to apply immediately.
