Millwork / Finish Carpenter / Stone Installer $20-$32/hr – Tampa, FL – Commercial Project We are currently hiring experienced Millworkers, Finish Carpenters, Stone Installers, and Material Handlers for a large-scale commercial project in the Tampa, FL area. This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in commercial carpentry, millwork installation, fixtures, trim work, and decorative stone systems. Pay Rates: • Material Handlers: $19-$22/hr • Mid-Level Trim/Frame/Millwrights: $20-$26/hr • High-Level Trim/Frame/Millwrights: $28-$32/hr Overtime paid at time and a half. Job Responsibilities: • Install cabinets, countertops, trim, crown molding, base, chair rail, and wall panel systems • Install retail fixtures and architectural millwork • Install natural stone including marble, granite, limestone, travertine, and slate • Complete decorative wall cladding, feature walls, columns, and flooring work • Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and architectural drawings • Receive and stage millwork and fixture materials • Cut, shape, polish, and fit stone to specifications • Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently • Maintain clean and safe job sites Requirements: • 2+ years of construction experience for Material Handlers preferred • 4-8+ years of commercial carpentry, millwork, finish carpentry, or stone installation experience preferred for carpenter roles • Experience on hotels, resorts, airports, convention centers, universities, or large commercial projects preferred • Ability to read blueprints and layout drawings • Experience with detailed finish work and millwork layouts • Reliable transportation and basic tools required • Ability to lift 75+ lbs as needed • OSHA 10 preferred Project Details: • Location: Tampa, FL • Day Shift – 6:00AM Start Time • 40+ hours per week with overtime available • 3-6 week project with opportunity to move to future Orlando projects • Full-time work available • Immediate start available Pay: $23.00 - $32.00 per hour Work Location: In person
