1st Shift Operations Supervisor

• Supervise and lead a team of 25–30 hourly employees within the Department • Drive quality, safety, and productivity improvements through the use of metrics, analytics, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making • Manage all aspects of team development including hiring, training, discipline, and performance reviews • Monitor and report hour-by-hour production metrics to ensure on-time delivery targets are consistently met • BS/BA degree preferred, or a minimum of 10 years of supervisory experience without a degree • Strong forward-thinking mindset with the ability to set and achieve departmental goals • Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing (MFG) environment with a focus on KPIs, metrics, and analytical/data-driMulti-billion-dollar company! • 150-million-dollar division!! • Manufacturing Company • ven decision-making
