Cocktail Server - Seattle Waterfront

We're looking for experienced, confident cocktailers who can deliver craft-quality cocktails at speed and enjoy pairing spirits with oysters and PNW seafood. If you're passionate about hospitality, thrive in fast-paced environments, and love delivering memorable experiences, we'd love to meet you.What You'll DoBuild classic and house cocktails with precision, and maintain all prep, batches, and mise en place to support consistent service quality.Guide guests through oysters, spirit and wine pairings, and the restaurant s sustainability focus to elevate their overall experience.Execute high-volume service with consistent timing, accuracy, and attention to detail.Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar environment throughout the shift.Collaborate with a strong, supportive service team to ensure smooth and coordinated service flow.Complete opening and closing checklists, restock products, and clean and sanitize bar surfaces, tools, and glassware to uphold safety and quality standards.What You BringMust Haves3+ years of cocktailing experience in a fast-paced full-service restaurant.Strong tray carrying skills (cocktail and oval trays).Ability to multitask while maintaining composure and accuracy.Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods (reasonable accommodations available).Must be 21+Weekend availability and reliable, consistent attendance.PreferredAt least 6 mos. bartending experience.2+ years in fine dining service.Pay & CompensationAverage $32-$42 per hour, including commissions.$9/hour base rate + 12% pooled commission on direct gross sales + 5% pooled commission on all gross beverage sales (excluding bottled wine).If base pay plus commissions do not meet the Seattle minimum wage for the workweek, cocktailers are paid at least $21.30/hr.Benefits (based on eligibility)Health insurance - medical, dental, vision, prescription, life insurance, long-term disability (need to work 30 hours per week).PTO (accrue 1 hour of PTO for every 30 hours worked).401(k) with match (eligible after 1 year and 1,000 hours worked).Commuter benefits through ALICEEmployee Assistance ProgramDining discountsTraining programsWhy You'll Love Working HereYou ll love working here because clear standards and systems make high volume service smooth and satisfying in a beautiful, energizing waterfront setting.
