Duties • Greet guests warmly with a friendly smile and positive attitude, setting the tone for their visit • Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize flow and minimize wait times • Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS platforms • Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely delivery of orders • Provide attentive guest service by answering questions, offering recommendations, and addressing concerns promptly • Maintain cleanliness of host stand and dining area, ensuring a welcoming environment at all times • Handle guest inquiries via phone with professional phone etiquette, providing information about menu items and wait times Requirements • Prior experience as a Host/Hostess or Server in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests • Knowledge of restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly advantageous • Excellent customer service skills, including guest relations and hospitality expertise • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail • Previous hotel or guest services experience is a plus but not required • Must be able to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods during shifts Join us if you’re passionate about hospitality and eager to deliver outstanding guest experiences!
