Part-Time Bilingual Teacher Supervisor – Milwaukee Area Futura Language Professionals is seeking a motivated and dynamic Bilingual Teacher Supervisor to support our growing team of Spanish instructors throughout the greater Milwaukee area. This is an excellent opportunity for a bilingual professional who enjoys leadership, education, mentoring teachers, and working within the community. The Teacher Supervisor will work closely with the Bilingual Area Manager to support part-time Spanish teachers and ensure program success at local school. Position Overview • Part-time, seasonal position averaging 10–25 hours per week; day time availability and especially in the afternoons 2:00-5:00 Mon- Thurs, with flexible Fridays • Hours fluctuate seasonally: busier in the fall and lighter in the summer • Combination of home-based and onsite work throughout the Milwaukee area • Flexible schedule for administrative work • Opportunity for advancement within a growing company Responsibilities • Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training Spanish teachers • Conduct teacher observations and provide coaching and professional development • Support teachers through phone calls, emails, and trainings • Handle teacher emergencies and substitute requests • Substitute teach Spanish classes as needed • Travel to local schools and community sites for observations and support • Additional daytime availability preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree required • Bilingual in English and Spanish • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Teaching or childcare experience preferred • Reliable transportation required (mileage reimbursed) • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Zoom • Located in Milwaukee or surrounding suburban areas • Minimum one-year commitment preferred This is a wonderful opportunity to join our rapidly growing company.
