Non-Agency Scenario Desk Specialist

Non-Agency Scenario Desk Specialist is a full-time remote position responsible for providing loan support and guidance to employees regarding underwriting and loan scenarios, while ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining timely communication. Key Responsibilities Provide daily loan support for underwriting and loan scenario-based questions through a ticketing system, phone calls, and emails Analyze underwriting scenarios and assist Loan Officers and Loan Processors with loan eligibility and guidelines Create technical documentation and track tasks within the ticketing system to meet expected turn-times Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience 4+ years of mortgage underwriting experience, preferably with multiple agency and investor guidelines Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is preferred Ability to maintain essential underwriting knowledge and designations
