Apply via Dice today! • Role Purpose: Act as the execution engine for the project, translating the Architects' workshop decisions into high-quality, actionable, and standardized process artifacts. • Key Responsibilities: • Rapidly draft end-to-end current state and future state process flows using Visio/Lucidchart based on workshop outputs. • Develop detailed RACI matrices, process narratives, and step-by-step operational playbooks in plain, accessible language. • Maintain strict version control and incorporate rapid iterations based on feedback from McDonald's ESM Directors. • Required Profile: High-output doers with a Lean/Six Sigma or Business Analysis background. Exceptional attention to detail, highly autonomous, and proficient in process mapping tools. Must be comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced consolidation environment.
