We’re Hiring: Weekend FLOATER SHIFT Consists of 4 different shifts at all 4 of our group homes. All homes are within 10 minutes on eachother. Schedule: FRIDAY 11:30pm- 7:30am (house2) SATURDAY 7:30am-3:30pm (house1) SUNDAY 3:30pm-11:30pm (house3) SUNDAY 11:30pm- 7:30am (house4) **32 hours total, please only apply if you have reliable transportation Pay: From $12.00 per hour Key Responsibilities: • Assist residents with daily living activities • Engage residents in recreational and social activities • Maintain a clean and safe environment • Document resident progress Requirements: • Compassionate and patient demeanor • High school diploma or equivalent • Valid Texas driver’s license • Background check required What We Offer: • Competitive compensation • Health, dental, and vision insurance • Paid time off • Supportive work environment If you’re dedicated to making a difference, we’d love to hear from you.
