Production Chef Morning Prep Position Denver | French & Spanish Rotisserie & Seafood RestaurantWe are a small, busy French and Spanish restaurant in Denver specializing in rotisserie chicken, seafood, and seasonal preparations. We are looking for a reliable and organized Production Chef to join our morning team.This is a part-time prep-focused position ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, staying organized, and helping set the kitchen up for a successful service.Schedule: - 5 mornings per week - Approximately 4 hours per shiftPay: - $20/hourResponsibilities include: - Daily prep and production - Butchery and vegetable prep - Sauces, stocks, and basic kitchen production - Maintaining cleanliness and organization - Supporting the chefs in daily kitchen operationsIdeal candidate: - Has professional kitchen experience - Works quickly and cleanly - Is dependable and punctual - Enjoys small-team restaurant environments - Has pride in consistency and preparationExperience with French, Spanish, or seafood cooking is appreciated but not required.To apply, please send a short introduction and resume.
