Summertime Route Drivers - Perfect for College Students!!

We are beginning to build our summer time roster and would love to have you join our team. This position will full time from when school gets out and/or part time during the spring and fall semesters. This is the perfect job for those who also are trying to take classes in the summer with our flexibility around your schedule. If you are interested but still want to work part time leading into the summer please let us know and we see what we can accommodate. If you are someone who is competitive this is the job for you. We pay on a commission base pay with bonuses meaning, those who work harder will be paid much higher than those who do not. We want reward those who have a good work ethic and don't feel they should be punished with a flat hourly rate. During our busy season you must have weekend availability. You will not be required or scheduled to work both days but these are the busiest days of the week for us and we will need all hands on deck. During the summer you will also need to be available on the fourth of July weekend, for an ice company this is the Super Bowl of ice sales and everyone in all departments will be working. This is a great job for college students with a very competitive wage and flexible schedule.
