The Opportunity Island Wealth Strategies is seeking a polished, proactive, and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support executive leaders and operational workflows in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.This is not a traditional back-office admin role. We are looking for someone who operates with executive-level professionalism, anticipates needs before they arise, and thrives in environments where details, discretion, responsiveness, and client experience matter. This role is ideal for someone who: • Has experience supporting executives, founders, or high-performing teams • Enjoys creating order, momentum, and operational excellence • Wants meaningful, flexible part-time work with long-term growth potential • May be returning to the workforce, shifting into a more flexible season of life, or looking for a role with future upward mobility This is a hybrid role based in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) Metroplex. Candidates must be local to the DFW area and available for occasional in-office support, errands, event support, and executive coordination as needed. What You’ll Do Executive and Administrative Support • Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination • Assist with inbox organization and executive follow-up • Coordinate Zoom meetings and meeting logistics • Prepare materials, notes, documents, and presentations • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion • Support day-to-day operational and administrative workflows Office, Event, and Operational Support • Assist with office coordination and occasional on-site setup • Support executive meetings, team gatherings, and client events • Run occasional local errands or administrative tasks within the DFW area • Help maintain organization across internal systems and workflows • Proactively identify gaps, inefficiencies, or opportunities for improvement Client and Team Coordination • Serve as a polished and professional point of contact • Support client communications and follow-through • Maintain and update records within Monday.com and internal systems • Coordinate across leadership and internal teams to ensure alignment and execution • Contribute to a collaborative, solutions-oriented culture Technology and AI Enablement • Utilize Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools daily • Work within Monday.com and quickly learn internal systems • Leverage AI tools and technology to improve efficiency and organization • Examples may include Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar tools What You Bring • Previous administrative, executive assistant, operations, hospitality, or coordination experience preferred • Experience supporting executives or high-performing professionals strongly preferred • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Professional presence with a warm, polished demeanor • Ability to move quickly while maintaining accuracy • Comfort navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities • Tech-savvy with willingness to learn new systems quickly • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment • Reliable transportation and ability to support occasional in-person needs across DFW Work Structure and Location • Part-time hourly role averaging approximately 20 hours per week • Hybrid role based in DFW Texas • Flexible scheduling structure available • Hours may be split between mornings, afternoons, or evenings depending on business needs and mutual fit • Occasional local travel, office support, errands, and event
