Recruitment Specialist

The Recruitment Specialist will be an integral part of our recruitment team, focusing primarily on sourcing and hiring entry-level candidates. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle using a variety of recruitment tools, including social media platforms and job boards, to attract qualified talent. The ideal candidate will support interview coordination, applicant tracking, and onboarding activities without the need for travel. Responsibilities • Source candidates using social media recruiting tools and job boards • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers • Post job openings across relevant platforms • Track applicants throughout the hiring process using applicant tracking systems • Screen candidates for qualifications and fit • Support onboarding processes for new hires Required Qualifications • 2+ years of recruitment experience • High School Diploma or equivalent • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems • Strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills • Excellent communication abilities • Effective networking skills
