Packs and Equipment Merchandiser

Packs and Equipment Merchandiser, a full-time position, is responsible for owning category strategy and execution, driving sales and profitability, and managing product life cycles in the packs and equipment market. Key Responsibilities Own category sales and profitability, including performance tracking and action-oriented responses to business trends Build and drive seasonal product strategies based on market analysis and consumer trends, ensuring cross-functional alignment Manage all aspects of line management from concept to commercialization, including product briefs and retail assortment optimization Required Qualifications BA/BS in Business or related field, or equivalent experience 5+ years in product line management or as a buyer/merchandiser in the outdoor or lifestyle industry, specifically in packs and/or equipment Demonstrated financial acumen, including OTB management and margin analysis Experience leading go-to-market processes across BTB and DTC channels Strong cross-functional project management skills with a track record of managing competing priorities and timelines
