Associate HR Service Center Representative

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused HR Services Representative to join our team in Minneapolis, MN. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting employees, resolving inquiries, and contributing to a positive HR experience across the organization.The HR Services Representative will serve as a key point of contact for HR-related questions and requests, providing timely and accurate support while ensuring a high level of customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience with Workday, a strong customer service background, and at least 1 year of HR experience.Key Responsibilities:Respond to employee and manager inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, benefits, and general employment mattersProvide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and internal HR support channelsSupport HR transactions and maintain accurate employee records in WorkdayAssist with onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle processesTroubleshoot issues and escalate complex HR matters when neededEnsure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policiesPartner with internal teams to deliver a seamless HR support experienceContribute to process improvements and ongoing HR service initiatives
