Minimum Qualifications
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Radiation Therapy from an accredited program.
• AART Certification in Radiation Therapy.
• Valid Missouri Radiation Therapy state license, if required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a radiation therapist.
• Experience managing high daily patient volumes; facility expects approximately 130 patient treatments/scans per day.
• Ability to operate and maintain external beam radiation therapy equipment.
• Floating within scope to meet facility needs may be required.
• Pending state license accepted.
• Locals within a 75 mile radius are not accepted.
• RTO restrictions: no more than 7 days.
• First-time travelers accepted.
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience in a high-volume hospital radiation oncology department.
• Experience with treatment verification and immobilization techniques.
Assignment Details
• Shift Hours: 06:30 - 17:00.
• Schedule: Four 10-hour work days with a rotating day off.
• No call required.
• Daily caseload approximately 130 patient treatments/scans.
Clinician may be required to float within scope to meet facility needs.

Impacting Patient Care
As a Radiation Therapist, you will operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment and accurately position patients for treatment. You will verify treatment plans and dosages with the oncology team, monitor patients for adverse reactions, and maintain accurate treatment records. Your role will support efficient delivery of a high volume of external beam treatments each day.
