Job Title : Call Center Representative - Bilingual Location : New York, NY Duration : 2+ Months Education : High School Diploma or GED Shift Details : 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM General Description: • Healthcare background is REQUIRED • (Hybrid – 2 Days Onsite / 3 Days Remote) • 1+ year customer service or direct consumer engagement experience • CAC Certification required within the first month of employment • Healthcare or Managed Care customer service experience is highly preferred and considered a strong requirement. • Candidates must have strong inbound/outbound call handling and member support experience. • Experience with Medicaid/Medicare enrollment, renewals, recertification, or healthcare member services is a major advantage.
