Crusher Laborer

Responsibilities • Assist with the setup, operation, and maintenance of crushing machinery and related equipment • Support material movement using forklifts, loaders, or other heavy equipment to ensure continuous workflow • Perform routine inspections and minor repairs on crushers, conveyors, and other machinery to prevent downtime • Help with concrete mixing, concrete forming, and finishing tasks as needed for construction projects • Operate welding tools and assist with fabrication or repair of equipment components • Maintain a clean and organized work area in the crusher yard or warehouse environment • Follow all safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents immediately to supervisors Requirements • Prior experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, loaders, or cranes is highly desirable • Mechanical knowledge related to machinery maintenance and troubleshooting • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods • Familiarity with construction processes, concrete work, or manufacturing environments is a plus • Skills in welding, fabrication, machining or concrete finishing are advantageous • Warehouse experience or familiarity with inventory management can be helpful • Strong safety awareness and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to building quality infrastructure!
