Convenience Store General Manager / Operating Partner

About the Opportunity We are launching a brand-new convenience store inside one of our residential apartment communities and are looking for an entrepreneurial operator to build and run it from the ground up. This is not a traditional “store manager” role. We are looking for someone who wants to operate a business like an owner — someone capable of building systems, leading a team, driving profitability, and eventually transitioning into ownership.
