Inside Sales Manager Manufacturer in NE Fort Worth is adding an Inside Sales Manager to their dynamic team!!! Ideal candidates will have: • 5+ years of leadership experience managing account management, inside sales, or service teams in a customer-facing environment • Proven ability to develop and execute customer retention, service improvement, and revenue growth strategies • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills with a track record of driving high performance • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customer Support teams • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, busy environment with distractions and manage multiple project deadlines • Prior experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). • NetSuite experience is a plus On site M-F, 8a-5p $100-125K Please send your resume to ambra.cole@expresspros.com
