Associate Product Manager $75,000 – $85,000 base salary + full benefits (health, vision, dental, 401k matching, cash bonuses, PTO) We are a leading technology platform serving clients nationwide. Why Us? Our culture starts and ends with one principle: we take care of one another — our customers, teammates, and their families. We succeed or fail as a team. We comfort each other in times of trial and celebrate one another in times of success. We use the most modern technologies, agile methodologies, lean principles, and a fully automated continuous deployment lifecycle. If you enjoy moving fast to build awesome products, you’ll love it here. The Opportunity We are seeking a high-potential Associate Product Manager to support our product team and develop into a future Product Manager. This role operates horizontally — supporting discovery, execution, analytics, and cross-functional coordination across multiple initiatives. You will rotate through each of our product teams and pair one-on-one with experienced Product Managers. We are incredibly picky with our PM hires. Traditional PM titles and roles usually don’t make it here. We just had to let someone go after six months who had 10 years of “experience” — none of it was useful in our organization. So we are looking for someone more junior that we can shape. We’re hiring for potential — not current performance in an equivalent role. The ideal candidate has been exposed to Product Management, is genuinely interested, but hasn’t been taught the wrong things. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate customer discovery calls and synthesize qualitative feedback • Support product analytics, usage tracking, and telemetry improvements • Assist with backlog refinement, user stories, testing, and releases • Conduct competitive and market research • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, design, and support • Gradually take ownership of small features end-to-end Who We’re Looking For • 1–3+ years of professional experience in a technology or product-related environment (engineering, design, customer success, analytics, support, etc.) • Curious, humble, gritty, analytical, and service-minded • Self-starter who loves learning, building rapport with customers, and solving problems • Excited to grow in Product Management the right way — coachable and hungry for feedback Nice-to-Haves • Experience with product analytics tools, Agile/Scrum, or customer-facing roles What You Will Gain • Exposure to the full product lifecycle • Hands-on mentorship from experienced Product Managers • Clear path toward a Product Manager role What’s the Catch? We are a collaborative super-team that puts families first, checks egos at the door, and coaches heavily on humility, emotional intelligence, and direct communication. This may make some people uncomfortable. Interested? We’re allergic to bureaucracy and move fast. Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled
