```Duties``` - Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently - Provide menu recommendations and answer customer questions about the menu - Upsell additional items or specials to increase sales - Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner - Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly - Clear tables and reset them for the next guests - Assist with bussing duties as needed - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders - Process customer payments using the POS system ```Qualifications``` - Previous experience in the food service industry preferred - Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of OpenTable or other reservation systems is a plus - Familiarity with food preparation and sanitation guidelines - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately - Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds Please note that this is a general overview of the duties and qualifications for the Server position.
