Youth Care Worker for Female At- Risk Teens

LOOKING FOR EMPLOYEES PASS BACKGROUND CHECK (LEVEL 2) HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR GED (ACCEPT TRANSRCIPTS) HAVE VALID DRIVER LISCENSE Responsibilities • Provide one-on-one and small-group support to female at-risk teens, focusing on safety, emotional well-being, and personal development. • Implement case plans and coordinate with social workers, educators, and families to monitor progress and address needs. • Model positive behavior, conflict de-escalation, boundary setting, and coping strategies; teach life skills and basic self-care. • Supervise activities, transport when required (driver's license), and ensure a safe, inclusive environment for all participants. • Document incidents, progress notes, and program outcomes; maintain confidential records in accordance with policy.
