Parcel Audit and Contract Specialist

Our client in Cleveland, Ohio is a leader in the freight bill audit, payment and transportation management services industry. They have an expansion opening for a Parcel Audit and Contract Specialist. Direct Hire Salary is dependent upon experience This position can be remote, hybrid, or on-site Responsibilities: • Lead enhancements to the parcel invoice audit program to increase recovery and contract-compliance savings • Improve audit logic, workflows, and exception handling to reduce leakage (surcharges, DIM, zones, accessorials, service failures) • Build/refine client reporting dashboards and executive-ready savings summaries • Serve as internal SME for parcel best practices (UPS/FedEx billing, contract terms, dispute/refund processes) • Support high-value parcel contract initiatives and strategic bid events (data prep, lane/package profile analysis, evaluation support) Must-Haves: • Direct parcel experience with UPS or FedEx and/or hands-on parcel audit firm experience • Proven experience driving parcel savings via invoice audit, reporting, and contract compliance • Experience supporting parcel contract management and/or bid events • Strong analytical skills (Excel required; BI/SQL a plus) Not a fit if: • You’re primarily a general logistics/warehouse professional without parcel audit + carrier billing depth
