Stand Maintenance Engineer

Type: Full-time Salary: $65,000/year + benefits We're looking for a hands-on Stand Maintenance Engineer to help keep our coffee drive-thru stands running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone with a refrigeration, hotel, or facilities maintenance background who enjoys fixing things, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating repairs. What You'll Do • Handle small to medium repairs at our coffee stands (refrigeration, plumbing, minor electrical, appliance fixes, doors, fixtures, etc.) • Troubleshoot and service commercial refrigeration units, ice machines, and other café equipment • Coordinate larger repairs with outside vendors when needed • Perform routine maintenance and preventative checks • Troubleshoot issues with modular buildings and café equipment • Respond to urgent repair needs to minimize downtime What We're Looking For • Refrigeration experience required (EPA 608 certification a plus) • Previous experience in hotel maintenance, facilities maintenance, or similar • Comfortable working independently and solving problems on the fly • Experience coordinating vendors and service providers • Willingness to work late nights, overnights, and weekends as business demands • Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally About the Stands • Drive-thru coffee stands only (~550 sq. ft.) • Modular buildings with commercial appliances and refrigeration equipment This is a great role for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and being the go-to person when something needs fixing.
