Ice Cream Server/Cashier

Overview: We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Server/Cashier to join our team. As a Server/Cashier, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at our establishment. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Servicing the ice cream and yogurt. Great deal of attention on cleanings. Time punctual. Must be able to work in USA legally. Responsibilities: - Greet customers - Take customer orders and provide them order per their request. - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register - Maintain cleanliness and organization of all ice cream products - Answer customer inquiries and provide information. - Assist with opening and closing duties as needed We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our organization. Qualifications - Excellent communication skills - Proficiency in POS systems, cash registers, and handling cash transactions - Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional service - Knowledge of food safety protocols and experience in food handling - Previous experience in a restaurant or food service industry is PLUS - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management - Familiarity with sanitation practices and maintaining cleanliness in a food service setting - Experience in a kitchen or food preparation environment is a plus - Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Certification in food safety is preferred Must work on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and few days in week days.
