Duties • Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and freshness. • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders efficiently, upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience, and addressing customer inquiries with enthusiasm. • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by regularly cleaning workstations, dining areas, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations. • Manage food handling responsibilities including stocking supplies, bussing tables, and assisting in food prep when needed to support overall restaurant operations. • Support team members during busy periods by multitasking between cashiering, serving customers, and food preparation while demonstrating excellent time management skills. • Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, sanitation, and kitchen procedures to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests.
