NOW HIRING DELIVERY DRIVERS – LOUISVILLE & LEXINGTON, KY We are currently looking for dependable drivers in the Louisville, Kentucky area to deliver flowers locally throughout the city. This is great for: • DoorDash drivers • Uber Eats drivers • Amazon Flex drivers • Independent contractors • Anyone looking for flexible 1099 income LOUISVILLE ROUTES • Pay is PER STOP • Drivers make $4 per delivery stop Examples: 15 deliveries = $60 20 deliveries = $80 25 deliveries = $100 Most drivers average between 4–6 flower deliveries per hour depending on area and route flow. To break that down: If you have 20 stops: • At 4 deliveries per hour = around 5 hours • At 5 deliveries per hour = around 4 hours • At 6 deliveries per hour = around 3 to 3.5 hours Most stops are typically: • 5–10 minutes apart • Occasionally 15–20 minutes apart depending on delivery area Once all flowers are delivered, your route is COMPLETE for the day. LEXINGTON ROUTES We are ALSO looking for drivers willing to drive to Lexington, Kentucky for deliveries. Lexington drivers receive: • $5 per stop • PLUS a $15 daily gas stipend Example: 20 deliveries in Lexington = $100 delivery pay • $15 gas stipend = $115 total for the route Depending on volume, Lexington drivers may receive: • 20–25 stops per route Examples: 25 deliveries in Lexington = $125 delivery pay • $15 gas stipend = $140 total Estimated Lexington route times: • 20 stops at 4 deliveries per hour = around 5 hours • 20 stops at 5 deliveries per hour = around 4 hours • 20 stops at 6 deliveries per hour = around 3 to 3.5 hours All flowers are picked up in Louisville before heading to Lexington. VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS If hired, your vehicle MUST have: • Good trunk space • Cleaned-out backseat space if needed • Enough room to safely organize flowers during deliveries A regular-size car is perfectly fine, but drivers MUST have enough open space in the vehicle. Most Louisville routes will typically have: • 10–20 flower deliveries Lexington routes can sometimes have: • 20–25 deliveries depending on volume PICKUP START TIMES Drivers must be able to pick up flowers between: 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM 11:00 AM is the absolute latest cutoff time for pickup. Drivers who arrive earlier will typically get loaded and on the road faster. These flowers may be going to birthdays, loved ones, funeral homes, gravesites, or businesses, so reliability and professionalism are very important. We schedule routes based on the availability you provide. If you tell us you’re available certain days/times, we fully expect commitment to that schedule. Schedule changes are fine with advance notice, but not during the same week. With that being said, what is a realistic and consistent schedule you can commit to? • Do you fully understand and agree that due to the nature of this job — including deliveries to funeral homes, gravesites, businesses, and special occasions — reliability is critical? If you quit mid-route or fail to complete your assigned route, any recovery or coverage costs may be deducted from future earnings and could exceed your original payout. We strongly recommend all drivers have a trained backup available for emergencies. This is a commitment-based role, and dependability is mandatory.
