Responsibilities • Oversee all daily site operations, subcontractor coordination, and field execution • Manage project schedule, sequencing, and ensure timely completion of all phases • Lead subcontractor meetings and enforce accountability for schedule, safety, and quality • Review and manage Requests for Information, submittals, and change orders • Coordinate inspections, city compliance, and project closeout requirements • Maintain jobsite safety standards and enforce all safety protocols • Collaborate with Project Manager on budget, schedule, and overall project performance • Identify and resolve field issues proactively to avoid delays or cost impacts Qualifications • Strong experience managing ground up commercial or industrial construction projects • Proven ability to lead subcontractors and drive project schedules in the field • Proficient with construction management software for Requests for Information, submittals, and documentation • Solid understanding of construction processes from preconstruction through closeout • Ability to manage multiple scopes, sequencing, and field logistics independently • Strong communication and leadership skills with a hands on management style • Detail oriented, organized, and capable of making real time field decisions Interested in hearing more?
