Your new company A privately held organization with a diversified real estate portfolio is seeking an experienced Regional Property Supervisor to support financial operations and reporting across multiple assets. The firm is well capitalized, operationally hands‑on, and focused on long‑term growth, offering a collaborative environment with direct exposure to senior leadership. Your new role As a Regional Property Supervisor, you will oversee a portfolio of approximately 300- 1,000 units across the Los Angeles market, providing leadership, operational guidance, and strategic oversight to a team of Property Managers and a Maintenance Technician. This hybrid role combines on-site presence with flexibility, requiring a hands-on leader who can drive performance, ensure compliance, and enhance resident satisfaction across multiple communities. • Oversee day-to-day operations across a portfolio of 300-1,000 units • Lead, mentor, and support a team of Property Managers and Maintenance staff • Drive occupancy, revenue growth, and overall asset performance • Ensure compliance with local, state, and company policies and regulations • Monitor budgets, financial reporting, and expense control • Conduct regular property inspections and performance evaluations • Collaborate with senior leadership on operational strategy and improvements • Maintain strong resident relations and resolve escalations when needed What you'll need to succeed • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Regional Property Supervisor (preferred) • Proven experience overseeing large apartment communities (400+ units) • Strong background in multifamily property management • Experience working within the Los Angeles market • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities effectively What you'll get in return • Base salary: $90,000 – $100,000 • Comprehensive benefits package including: 401(k) with employer match, Health, medical, dental, vision insurance and PTO • Additional perks and growth opportunities What you need to do now If you're interested in this opportunity, click 'apply now' to submit your resume or reach out directly to Daniela Giovannini for more information.
